This web site was created to fill a major hole we found on the internet - NO social network specifically dedicated to Ron Paul and his run for President of the United States in 2012. This site will help supporters communicate, share and spread the word about Congressman Ron Paul, who through vigorous and determined effort, will soon be the leader of the greatest nation in the free world: The United States of America.

16,030 calls made - 146 Ron Paul supporters identified

Please Make 25 Dials a Day Please spend 30 minutes a day to make 25 dials.  We need to be consistent and put in the hard work that's necessary to WIN.  Only a fraction of our members have been making calls.  If 1,200 members made 25 calls a day for the next 35 days we will be able to make well over one million dials and identify 10,000 Ron Paul supporters in Iowa.

Due to operational delays, we are postponing the grassroots moneybomb and callbomb we had previously scheduled.  The following is our new schedule:

Grassroots Money Bomb:  July 26th - 27th - 28th Not only do we need to make calls, we need to raise money too.  We want to fund the following efforts:

1)  We plan to conduct robopolls to identify Ron Paul supporters.  A grassroots volunteer from Australia has identified 97 Ron Paul supporters through his efforts so far.  (Note:  The response rate for these polls are 3-6% so we need to reach out with personal calls to the 94-97% who do not answer these polls.  Please keep making calls!)  The low reponse rates limit how many potential Ron Paul straw poll participants we can identify using robopolls.  After some initial exuberance about the robopoll efforts it seems like we will only be able to identify about three to five hundred good supporters using this method instead of the thousands we had hoped for.    At $5 per supporter we will need to raise $2,500 to identify about five hundred supporters.

2)  We want to provide Iowan Ron Paul supporters an all-expense paid trip to the Ames Straw Poll.  We plan to email/mail a voucher that will admit up to 4 people to each Iowan Ron Paul supporter that we identify.  The vouchers will be redeemable for tickets at bus locations or at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames.  If for whatever reason a supporter can't make the event we will not be wasting tickets.  By using these vouchers, every Iowan Ron Paul supporter will look to bring friends and family and we will be able to multiply our efforts.  Tickets for 5,000 supporters will cost $150,000.   (Note: Donating to this effort will save the campaign from spending the same amount of money to bring extra supporters to vote for Ron Paul in Ames.) 

3) Transportation - Buses for 5,000 may cost around $200,000.

Let Freedom Ring Call Bomb: July 30th The massive one million call phone bomb planned for July 16th has been postponed to July 30th.  We need more time to build up our infrastructure and promote this effort.  Please make as many calls as you can on July 16th anyways.  It will be great preparation for the big one.  The Let Freedom Ring call bomb may be one of the last opportunities for the grassroots to make a major impact on the straw poll results. (If 10,000 people each just spends one and a half hours to make 100 dials we can make one million dials in ONE day and find 10,000 Ron Paul supporters in Iowa.  Alternatively if 2,000 people commit the whole day to make 500 dials each we will be able to make one million dials.  Remember on November 5th, 2007 over 35,000 supporters donated to Ron Paul.  On December 16th, 2007 over 58,000 supporters donated.  A one million dial phone bomb is achievable.)   Please form phonebanks and calling teams at your local levels today.  Please spread the word and invite everyone you know to www.rp2012.org!

On June 13th (the date of the next Republican presidential debate) we will tweet #GoogleRonPaul and try to get it trending on Twitter. This way, we can get some people to google him and learn about his policies who normally don’t follow politics, or have gotten tired of political liars.

Feel free to invite fellow Dr.Paul supporters to this event, but try not to invite people who aren’t because we don’t want to bring negative people into a very positive event!

Based on the feedback I've gotten from people who know how to do twitter, the best tweet to send will be #GoogleRonPaul instead of #WhoIsRonPaul. If you don’t know how to tweet, or don’t have a Twitter account, just ask on the event feed and someone will help you! It’s easy and it will be a nice, free commercial for Dr. Paul’s campaign! Remember to keep it positive and upbeat. We want people to be excited about the truth of liberty and not distracted by the negativity of Romney, Cain, Obama, and the rest of the field.



We will be tweeting two things, #GoogleRonPaul and #RonPaul. Please tweet each one of these with the hash tag several times until the debate starts. Encourage your friends to do the same.
